I have a big online profile. A really big online profile. If you search "jim durbin recruiter" on Google, I'm at least the first eighteen pages of results. Last year, I tracked over 120,000 unique visitors just to my recruiting blogs, and that doesn't count Twitter, social networks, webinars, or other online profiles.
